SoragDoor Company Regulations

• The company undertakes to deliver the ordered products and to install them at the work execution site within the estimated time of the order execution, when an exact date for the delivery of the products and their installation will be coordinated with the customer at least 48 hours in advance. However, a delay in the delivery of the products and/or their installation that does not exceed 15 days for iron products and 21 days for aluminum products, will not constitute a breach of the company’s commitment and will not entitle the customer to any remedy.
• The product counters on the company’s website and/or presented to the customer for placing the order are for illustration purposes only and there may be slight differences between the products as they appear in the photos and the products that will actually be delivered.
• A company may produce the products in several parts which will be assembled into one unit on the site at its sole discretion.

Responsibility:

The company’s freedom to correct deficiencies and/or defects in the products and/or the installation work will be under the following conditions:

• Warranty for the raw material in frame works – iron – will be for 8 years
• Freedom for raw material and seals in aluminum works will be 3 years
• Freedom for forging will be one year

Until the beginning of the warranty period will be at the time of delivery and installation of the products at the work site.

The company commits to the lowest price for any offer submitted before the closing of the deal, and only for the offer received by the company registered in the Companies Registry.
